A simple but loaded e-mail application.

This appears to be merely a misleading advertisement for a website and not a product or even security for your computer. It won't protect your PC form Viruses, Spyware, Adware, Popups or Spam nor provide you with a nice screensaver!

Another case of wishful thinking and false advertising. Using challenge-response to identify spam is like judging a book by its cover! These days spammers send spam from even familiar or approved (but stolen) e-mail addresses.

These days, most e-mail notification programs allow you to see and process your messages. Chrysanth Email Notifier merely informs you that you have mail and/or spam; it does not allow you to process messages (in any significant way besides listing and marking), so it is very limited in functionality and less useful than it appears to be.

Junkanoo has the potential to improve. Currently its approach is too simplistic and ineffective, with a lot of false positives.

Free but fully functional and effective. It needs only a few revisions or additions.
