I was testing nod32 today there are great reviews on this but not being able to scan many files until they activate or because they are secured by other programmes is not very good for an antivirus programme. I have been using Avast 4.7 for a while now it scans archive files etc I thought I would test it on shields up with Comodo firewall turned off all ports on all test were either closed ports or stealth. Avast lets you download an infected zip folder but when opened it will spring into action. Nod32 will detect before download. I know nod32 detects spyware etc Well I use Comodo BOClean & AVG free scanner

Forgot to say eazfix took 6Gb of space on my harddrive but says it uses little resources

I have been using goback re Norton for many years it’s a good programme but takes time to revert back, so I thought I would try Eazfix it is a very good programme quick revert times but I wish there was a disable fetcher installed. Also when uninstalling you has to delete many reg key’s & eazfix leaves a file in windows with lots of data in it. One more thing is purchasing isn’t the easiest thing to do.

I haven’t a clue what this programme is supposed to do. I scanned a few times for deleted files so I could delete & write over them & the slack & free space deleted the files writing 4 times also free space & slack rebooted scanned again all the files came back so tried again after I finished I checked my hard drive free space after running this programme & I discovered it wasn’t 30GB of used space before I started but 57GB of used space so I gained 27GB on my drive. Very strange.
