Hi, I'm the guy that made this application (so I'm not sure if I should be posting this as a review but I couldn't find a better place, sorry)

This app was made for a very specific purpose (related to one of my other projects) and was found and put on softpedia by someone else. The description is misleading. This program is designed to take any font you have on your PC and convert it to a bitmap with given quality, size and colour (for use with a game-making tool)
