In my opinion the best of all freeware Launch Bars you can find in Softpedia. Highly configurable, featured and nice looking. And is fully compatible with Quick Launch so u can easy reuse your existing toolbars (it uses standard QL folders and shortcuts, keeps all extended features/configuration in xml files).
