Read the software license carefully before purchasing. I purchased this product a few months ago. RS Audials does NOT offer any type of free upgrades. Any type of music service/file change makes programs within RS Audials Complete useless. RS Audials does not stand behind their product. Contacting customer service is impossible. They simply tell their customers they need to purchase the new version.

A few months after purchasing this software, I'm left with a few of the programs in the complete package that actually do anything.
