i used the previous versions and they were ok. The latest versions are not as good as the old ones.

a nice little software. It downloads and converts youtube videos in several formats and it does the job pretty well. I have downloaded many times music videos from youtube and converted them into a very good mp3 format and with high quality. So I think it does that it says pretty well.

It is a good firewall, maybe not one of the best but if you compare it to the windows firewall which is totally useless, ZoneAlarm does its job quite well and moreover it is free.

it is a good anti-virus programme for protection. It is good if you're going to install it in a clean pc but for better cleaning and detecting viruses as well as protection my choice would certainly be avira personal edition.

a very good software. It works nicely and it is not difficult to use. Just to give an example I found a smitfraud-c file scanning with this programme that no other anti-spyware toold had located. I think it is one of the best frewares.

It is a very nice programme. Unfortunately it is no longer supported since end of December 2007. But you can still download updates at their website and I don't know how long they will produce updates for this programme. They say you must upgrade to ad-aware free but ad-aware SE personal is much better than ad-aware 2007 free.

This one of the best antivirus freewares in the market and I think it is even better than paid ones. Low on resources, great detection and protection. A very good programme.

I installed the latest version of this software a few months ago and it works fine. It is very light on the system and it has several layers of protection. Updates are frequent and scanning is fast and deep. The OS firewall is very good and you can select and use a lot of options. It all depends on the level of protection that you want. Once this software is installed it will automatically disable your windows firewall and will replace it with a much better layer of protection. I am using ZoneAlarm anti-spyware along with Avira anti-virus and I haven\'t had any problems so far. In the beginning it might seem like the programme is very difficult and sophisticated to understand but it\'s not like that. Every component of the program is clear and you can choose from a wide variety of options for a better protection. There are several functioning components: firewall, program control, anti-spyware, spysite blocking, quarantine, anti-virus monitoring, email protection, alerts and logs, etc. I think that this program is worth trying and using. It is really a good program.
