You can either use Shift F10 or right-click and hold down the mouse button a bit longer. This will open the explorer contextual menu so that you can use Copy/Paste.

Using "free mem" type of programs is the meanest thing you can do. It will surely NOT improve your memory performance. The procedure used by this programs is usually:
1. allocate a large amount of physical memory (20 to 80 percent of total memory avail.)
2. do some basic operations with the allocated memory ( FillChar for example ) to make sure Windows will move some physical pages (used by other programs) to virtual memory page (HDD)
3. deallocate memory

The end result is that when the memory is deallocated a big free physical memory space will be created (and the program will report that). But remember that it was done by forcing some memory to HDD and the system will need to read it. Finally you get this:
- A large amount of free physical memory (GOOD)
- Many memory pages written to HDD (VERY BAD)
- Windows file cache cleared (your programs will start slower)
- System instability (in many cases)
- Another program using memory and CPU (the "free mem" program)

Windows kernel DOES A VERY GOOD JOB when it comes to memory management, caching, freeing unused objects, etc. Remember that there are lots of people working on this for 20 years. Let it do it's job and you'll get the best results in terms of performance and system stability!
