it just won't work with the standalone versions of firefox

the prog will keep annoying you with popups like "please restart firefox to have it working" or the like, but it will never work.

this said, the proxy used may well be secure, but hell, your pc will then go as fast as a turtle! ok, you may say "also with other proxy proggies"..true..but a good bunch of those are freeware.

Hide IP Platinum costs really too much for what it's worth (very little)

this is freeware but so badly designed that you can't understand what the GUI in front of you presents!

just look at Softpedia's screenshots to understand what I mean..there are loads of such softwares out there, and most of them way better designed!

this program really sucks! its gui is very poor, it's easy to bypass as it just makes uses of some temp folders in the root drive - you can see that in the prog's dir..there are 4 batch files that do it all - and, what's worst, it will not allow you to hide stuff in a drive different from the one where the soft was installed: say you put it in e:\HMC\ .. no way do work on files/folders in C:\, D:\ and so on.

this program really sucks! installed on 2 machines, and as soon as I pushed the "browse" button to upload a file, the app would hang!
what's more, the gui is horrible, not user friendly at all.

and, my antispyware recognises it as GoldenEye spyware :(

this is the best freeware wysiwyg editor I've used so far! thumbs up also for the fact that it's standalone: you won't have to install it, just uncompress and use! :) so you can take it away with you on your pendrive or the like! great piece of software, really!

I give it a "poor" voting, 'cause it's no more freeware, and it costs too much - 39,95$ - for its features, which you can find in a lot of freeware programs
