It's very well structured, giving you the possibility to enter your data right away, without having to navigate through overwhelming menus and options.

You can view all your transactions, balance, money flow, budget plan and daily tasks without pushing any buttons, because they are all carefully arranged so you can view anytime your budget status.

In the main window all your transactions will be displayed in a chronological order, allowing you to quickly sort them by number, date, category, person, account type, amount and even by the notes attached to your transactions.

DAFFTIN SFBudget lets you define an unlimited number of categories from debtors to creditors, moneyboxes, bank accounts, currencies, but also your e-money accounts to provide an in-depth situation of your finances at all times.

Furthermore can specify multiple expenses categories to easily view how much money you have spent on different items and easily identify them in the available charts. You can even plan your budget for the next month, track the difference between the expected and actual expenses and act accordingly.

Speaking of charts, DAFFTIN SFBudget comes with a Pie and a Bar chart that will provide you with detailed information about your budget in a graphical manner. You can find numerous options and statistics that allow you to view the graphs only with the data you need.

All the parameters have checkboxes, so you don't need to be an economist or accountant to understand and tweak various settings to view your income, expenses and monthly balance, just point and click to get what you need.

If the graphic charts don't satisfy your needs or you just find them too complex to follow, the software can also display and print text reports with daily income / expenses.

You can view all this data in a daily, monthly or yearly basis, but we found out that we cannot save these statistics on our computer for later usage.

Some people may want to keep these statistics away from curious eyes, and for that DAFFTIN SFBudget allows you to define a master password that will grant access to the program only to those you share your password with.

If you have expenses or income in multiple currencies the program allows you define them as you need and will automatically add them to your monthly balance. As exchange rates change daily DAFFTIN SFBudget can automatically update all your currencies using the official rates from the European Central Bank and the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Internet connection required).

This may prove to be a good asset when you need to know the approximate amount of money you have at your disposal at a given time. For the exact quotations you need to check the exchange rates of your bank and update them accordingly.

Another feature that can be very helpful if you tend to forget your periodic expenses or other tasks you need to do, is the built-in To-Do list that will always remind you the tasks that require your attention.

And that's not all, with DAFFTIN SFBudget you can also carry your household budget on a USB Stick. This is available from the File menu and will facilitate the installation of the software with all its settings and database entries on a portable device.
