The 10% uncertainty is because it may also have been said by a religious person. Money is the only thing that keeps us sane and at the same time drives us crazy.

EverestSoft has created a software that gives you a chance to the "pot on the table". The name is Lotto007 XP 2006 and costs $59.95, but this is change compared to the winning. It also comes as a shareware version if you want to check it for a while. The installation file will cost you 11.4MB of your hard disk.
The interface is pretty nice, but we are more interested in its functionality rather than the looks. The menu bar contains the System tab which allows you to set the lottery game you are playing (it covers every game from the Multi-State Powerball to the Wisconsin Super Cash). The user has the possibility of customizing the game (for any kind of game). Just press New button and set your own matches.
The core for the functioning of this software is the Drawings window. Here you can add drawings from a .txt file. In Statistics you have a bunch of analyzing tools that can give you an idea about the luckiest numbers. Number Distribute will give you the tendency of the number and Base analyze will help you analyze the base statistical analysis.
AC analyze option is a really tough one for me as I did not understand the whole concept. The Help menu says that AC value is also called "digital complicated value" and "is an important parameter of assessing".
Number sum analyze is an option that will add all the drawn numbers: small/big number sum, odd/even number sum. The Unit analyze section will give you the unit numbers and their sum. The user can make a zone analyze (I suppose it is about the zones of the ticket), a past draws analysis or a Hot-cold analysis where you can see how many times a number was drawn since a user defined lottery drawing.
You can also see the occurrence of the prime numbers for each of the drawings and you can also include the position of the number. In the Divisor analysis section you can set a divisor number and find out the occurrence of its divisors.
The Tickets section contains options that allow the user to create his/her own ticket. Just make the necessary settings in Full Wheels, Wheels, Hot-Cold-Prior and Filters and save the .tck file. In Winning Tickets you can see if the odds were on your side and visualize the number of possible winning tickets by loading the ticket and choosing the minimum number of matches to display.
The Good
The software gives you the chance of fulfilling a dream that all people have from time to time. It increases the possibility of getting your hands on the big money the lottery is willing to "lose".
You can make all sorts of analyses and calculations based on the previous drawings and the winner can create a winning ticket.
The software is a tool that will improve the probability of winning something.
The Bad
The software is extremely difficult to understand, especially when it comes to statistics. I am sure that all the sections in there, used correctly, will give you accurate results. But not everyone can understand what it's all about.
The Help menu is not helpful at all as it cannot be understood. I for one couldn't tell what the AC analyze section is for (and neither did my colleagues).
The Show Graph option always worked after the third attempt.
The Truth
I allowed myself to hope again when I saw the software. But soon enough I realized that money cannot be made that easy. The software was probably custom made for those that cannot communicate by means of full sentences as the help the software offers is probably crypted.
The difficulty of understanding all the features and options will take a lot of the time of the average person. But if you want to try your luck with this software, brace yourself as you must think purely mathematically. I am sure that once you have found the key to using this software you will win one of the prizes the lottery has to offer.
