Launching the application generates a discrete, transparent box where the verses are shown in a white font. There is no other UI except the verse box. However, there is a combo menu that holds a couple of handy functions like copying a verse, adjusting the font, or setting up a time interval for verse cycling. The timer can go from 10 seconds up to 60 minutes.

Besides the automatic shuffle of the verses, there is also a way to manually change them. To do that, simply left-click the box. Click it multiple times to go through as many verses as you need.

There is also a shortcut to the wallpaper OS settings. How is that linked to the app's functionality? It does not, but it was integrated nevertheless.

The transparent windows can be dragged across the desktop with ease. What one cannot do, however, is minimize the UI. If you need to hide the app for whatever reason, there is no way to do that. You'll have to close the program and open it again when desired.
