The UI is a small window that has a few functions but on point. The first drop-down menu contains the game library. Here you can find the most popular games starting with the '90 to around 2005. The second function is the directory path selection, where you pinpoint the game's location.

Step three lets you change the actual resolution. For example, if your game is topped at 1024x760, but you are running it on a 1900x1080 monitor make sure you fill in the exact value for your display. The last step is an extra function that lets you install or uninstall the selected game. This step isn't mandatory for app's functionality, but if you feel that it may help you, go ahead.

After the installation is over the app will start in Russian, if you need it in English, Click the flag from the left upper corner and will change in an instant.
