TwemojiTray

There are multiple emoji sets available nowadays, one of which is the one used by Twitter and TweetDeck, part of the Twemoji open-source project.

TwemojiTray is a useful desktop application that runs in the system tray and provides easy access to these graphics. It enables you to find the ones you need and copy them to the clipboard with just a couple of mouse clicks.

After downloading the software, you can run TwemojiTray without installing anything on your machine. The application is sent to the system tray automatically, where you can easily access it at any time.

When you wish to bring up the main window, you only need to click the program’s system tray icon. The rest of the time, the app will run quietly in the background without getting in your way.

Once you have opened the application window, you can scroll through the emoticons, which are organized into several categories. If you find the right one, you only need to click it to send it to the clipboard.

However, TwemojiTray also includes a basic search function that can help you find items more quickly. You need to know their codes, though, as the emojis have not been assigned any relevant keywords.

While certainly not a particularly complex application, TwemojiTray does its job quite well. It features a minimalistic UI that new users should find to be very intuitive, and it enables you to copy items to the clipboard with a single mouse click.

Most importantly, however, the program runs silently in the background and is only displayed in the system tray. Because of this, it will not interfere with other apps or hinder you in any way.
