The tool does not require setup and since it is portable, it means you can decompress it in any location on your hard disk. While it does not require configuration, you should bear in mind that the output directory is set to a volume with sufficient free space.

On the downside, the app does not come with a search function that would make it easier for you to find the appropriate files for downloading new content. Moreover, you cannot create torrent files to upload via the application.
