Remote Desktop to SOCKS5 (RDtoS5)

Popular for its ease of use, Remote Desktop Connection is one of the most convenient means of remotely accessing and controlling another computer from the comfort of your chair in front of a Windows computer. However, the application can only run a direct TCP-based connection between the two workstations, which might be a bit of an issue if the remote system is only accessible via proxy. Remote Desktop to SOCKS5 then forwards the received data to a remote server through a SOCKS5 proxy of your choice.

Remote Desktop to SOCKS5 requires no installation; it is up and running as soon as you double-click on the main executable. The one-window interface keeps things as simple as possible. You can fill in the fields dedicated to the remote desktop and the corresponding port number, as well as the domain name or the IPv4 / IPv6 address of the SOCKS5 proxy server. Tor SOCKS5 proxies are supported.
