During our testing, some servers were a bit middling to work with. Connecting to certain locations oftentimes seemed hit-or-miss, as surfing the web would not work at all. It's entirely possible this was nothing more than a temporary server problem, but it's worth mentioning nonetheless.

As for the overall browsing speed, it'll be good enough for most uses. You will be able to torrent large files with it, but we noticed that the uploading speed would tend to be on the unstable side.

PandaVPN makes for a decent proposition for a VPN: it takes no work at all to configure, and it's ready to go within seconds upon installing. Some (potentially server-side) issues, like the ones mentioned before, make it feel rather unreliable at times, however.
