HTML Editor

HTML Editor is a useful tool for web designers, enabling them to create webpages in a user-friendly working environment.

Focusing on simplicity and ease of use, the application features a forthright interface that comprises two separate tabs. The first includes the editing area, dedicated to writing the HTML code, whereas the second implements the preview function, enabling you to take a glimpse at the final webpage before saving the project to your computer.

Despite its name, HTML Editor is not only intended for HTML coding. Web developers will be glad to find out that it can also save output for JavaScript (JS) and CSS.

The editor bundles basic editing tools, enabling you to cut, copy and paste text. It features unlimited undo, so if you made a mistake, you don't have to worry about it. In addition to this, it enables you to customize the text appearance by changing the font style and color.

On the downside, HTML Editor is not equipped with some standard features that you might find in other similar applications. For instance, it does not allow syntax highlighting or line numbering, which might make the code writing process a bit more difficult.

In order to compile the code and use the preview function, you only have to select the 'Run' option in the 'Compile' menu.

HTML Editor tries to keep things as simple as possible, which makes us think that it is intended for unexperienced web designers that want to learn HTML. It is not capable of handling a larger project and its ease of use does not make up for its lack of features.
