Whether you are planning some outdoor activities, making travel arrangements or perhaps plan to take care of your garden, you need to know the weather forecast. Although they’re not 100% reliable, you do get an overall idea about the weather and can make your plans.

Weather Watcher Live provides accurate local weather conditions and forecasts by connecting you to the closest Earth Networks, NWS, and CWOP weather stations.

The idea behind the app is to gather all the information from the stations around you and provide a forecast, as accurate as possible. The advantage is that you can learn the forecast in a few seconds, rather than wasting time finding each website or for waiting for the televised report.

To get an accurate report, I identified and selected the stations near me. In fact, once I launched the app, one of the first thing I had to do is specify a location so that the program can show the stations near me and I can select the desired ones.

Before you head out the door, especially in the morning, it’s a good idea to take a quick look over the forecast for the day. The app includes real-time data along with temperature, so you can determine how to dress appropriately before heading out.

Besides the high and low temperatures, the app includes data about precipitation chances, wind speeds, and other relevant weather parameters. It also includes hourly forecasts, if you prefer a more granular approach, and can help you make a decision on whether you should carry a jacket or an umbrella, for instance.

The app provides radar map images that visually displays precipitation patterns, such as rain and snow, in your vicinity. The radar map allows you to quickly see if any adverse weather conditions are approaching your location.

Weather Watcher Live also alert you about potentially dangerous weather events, including thunderstorms, tornadoes, hurricanes, and other severe weather phenomena.
