ValhallaRoom

Despite its name, ValhallaRoom is a small plugin that allows one to generate reverb sound effects for various musical or ambiental purposes and not other battle cry-related sounds.

Reverberation is,simply put, the last echoes of sound before this was stopped, reflected by the surfaces around the initial sound source, however its physics details are more elaborate than this. That's why the word room appears in the name, because the reverberation effects are mostly described by being similar to the sound from tight ambiances, halls, and rooms.

The plugin features twelve reverberation algorithms neatly arranged in the Reverb Mode combo menu. Besides original algorithms such as Large Room, Medium Room, Bright Room, and Large Chamber, the plugin sports several algorithms that are improved versions of the originals, or newly created ones. These are Dark Room, Dark Chamber, Dark Space, Nostromo, Narcissus, Sulaco, and LV-426 — with noticeable grim undertones.

All that is needed to put this plugin to work is a compatible VST host application. Psycle, Wavosaur, LiveProfessor, or any other similar utility should do.
