Glitch Studio is a program that can apply various effects over any type of image, but mostly specializes in glitch effects. A glitch effect is something that distorts your image in both shape and color. The magnitude of how much the image will be modified depends on your taste or needs, as Glitch Studio lets you customize each effect in all its aspects.

As it comes with a very intuitive user interface, you don't really need to learn anything. Just add an image and start modifying it. On the right side, you will do most of your work. There, you will find the panel with three major tabs, which are named FX, Macro and Asset.

You will spend most of your time in the FX tab as that is the place where you can insert effects into your pictures. Each effect can be added from the drop-down menu, and I must tell you, there are a bunch. Effects can be customized in-depth, from their amount, velocity, or density to their direction and size. Also, you must not worry, as you can add as many effects as you want.

You have the possibility of separating the individual signals of the images with the channel shift option, and also generate intentional pixel block errors with various noise generators, or just reproduce the screen tearing effect by shifting the scan line. And all those processes are rendered in real-time while maintaining the original quality of the image.
