TweakShot Screen Capture

TweakShot Screen Capture is a full-featured software utility that helps you save time when it comes to capturing active windows, custom regions of your screen or videos.

The GUI is not only minimalist, but also highly intuitive, so you can easily understand which button does what (also, the function of each icon is briefly shown on mouse hover).

This is why you can start capturing single or scrolling windows, the full screen, a desktop region or video. Hotkeys are associated with each action and you can learn or modify them in the Settings window.

Regardless of the type of capture you selected, TweakShot Screen Capture allows you to add some enhancements to it. More specifically, you can overlay lines, rectangles, ellipses, arrows or freehand drawings.

You can insert text bubbles, outlines  or backgrounds, as well as customized borders. Blur, pixelate and crop are also available.

Once you are satisfied with the outcome, you can save the file to PNG, GIF, JPEG, TIFF or BMP, or you can upload it to Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive.

A handy function of TweakShot Screen Capture is its integrated color picker. It also comes with an associated hotkey, so you can launch it in an instant whenever you need it.

Due to this tool, you can pick any hue on your screen, then view details about it. You can copy to the clipboard its HEX, RGB, CMYK, or HSB codes, as well as its position or decimal.

In a nutshell, TweakShot Screen Capture does everything you would expect from an image capture, while also packing some extra goodies. It is user-friendly so that novices can grab their windows and edit the resulting image. Yet, it also caters to the needs of the experts due to the color picker, customizable hotkey support and image enhancements.
