Animated PNG Manager

There's the option to import image sequence or avi files if you want. Moreover, it has the option to preview your animations and play them as you go in order to make changes.

It comes with a separate section that allows you to add a new frame and edit its properties. You can export your creations to PNG, GIF, JPG or even BMP. It comes with the option to export the selection to APNG and to cut sections if you want. All of your creations can be saved on your computer and edited later if you want.
