Photo Editor

Photo Editor is an application which provides you with a few tools necessary for editing pictures.

The interface of the program is plain and simple. Images can be imported via the file browser only, because the "drag and drop" method is not supported.

You can use basic graphic editing tools, such as select, pencil, eraser, text, brush, filter brush, air brush, color picker, line, shape and crop.

You can change the size of the picture, rotate or flip it, change the perspective and skew, as well as use the undo and redo functions and set picture as wallpaper.

On top of that, you can enable PC Image Editor to automatically adjust the levels and contrast, as well as set the brightness, gamma, hue, saturation and RGB levels.

But you can also colorize, equalize and posterize the photograph, adjust the threshold, as well as apply various filters which include blur, sharpen, negative, noise, diffuse, mosaic, trace color, twirl, emboss, halftones, and others.

The simple-to-use graphic editing software takes up a moderate amount of system resources, includes a well-written help file (too bad it doesn't have snapshots) and didn't pop up any kind of errors during our tests. On the other hand, we would have liked to see more features available. But, even so, we strongly recommend Photo Editor to those users who are new to the image editing environment.
