As far as the interface is concerned, it is necessary to mention that while it is an improvement from the command-line console of FFMpeg, it is not exactly eye-candy. Then again, if you take a closer look at its features and functions, you can understand that the focus was more on the capabilities of the application.

The highlight of the utility is that it allows you to create presets for videos using a plethora of video and audio codecs, including mpeg4, mjpeg or VP8. You can add subtitles, metadata, thumbnails and select an appropriate aspect ratio for your video.

The app does not include default presets, a feature that would be useful for some users with less skills in working with FFMpeg.
