That's what Twobird is an all-in-one inbox organizer for your everyday tasks. You can check your emails, set reminders, assign tasks and create notes that can be shared with your contacts.

The application has a simple, yet modern-looking interface, with plenty of functional options, and it comes with a light or dark mode. It allows you to set your custom labels for anything from emails to notes or to-do lists. Pinned emails and notes are easily accessible and you can also respond quickly with @mentions in any message, without having to stall your workflow.

One of the application's goals is to minimize the clutter in your inbox, therefore emails become easier to read by having the option to hide signatures or collapsed messages, among other things, so you can focus on what matters. It allows you to set notes or emails to return to your inbox at a later date and separate the automated and low priority messages that are always distracting.

Twobird also offers the Tidy Up feature that can periodically archive the inactive conversations that start to pile up, and it will automatically send you a list with everything that was archived.

For some, the only slight issue might be that right now it only works with Gmail accounts, although they do plan to add support for additional email services in the future. Twobird is available on desktop for Windows and Mac and on mobile for both Android and iOS.
