Word Count Mini is an easy to use and efficient tool for analyzing various text documents in order to count the words, lines and pages.

The layout of the application is neatly and cleanly organized in tabs, so you can easily access the exact type of file you are looking for.

In the lower part of the interface, a statistics and settings menu is displayed, where you can customize the rates, currency and rating unit for your project.

Word Count Mini can be used efficiently by writers or translators, allowing them to quickly calculate exactly how much they have to charge for their work.

Besides counting words, the program also includes a built-in rate calculator, allowing you to input the currency and rating unit you wish to apply to your customers' bill.

You can choose to apply the billing rates per words, lines, pages, characters or even per characters including spaces.

After you run the counting process, a summary containing information about the number of words, characters and pages is displayed.

Word Count Mini can analyze a vast array of text file formats at once, such as DOC, DOT, XLS, XLT, PPT, POT, ODT, ODP, HTML, HTM, PHP, ASP, XML, RTF, TXT, PDF, CSV, INI or LOG documents.

The batch analyze feature allows you to load and scan multiple documents at once, making the entire process faster and easier.

Using Word Count Mini, after you scan and analyze multiple text documents, you can also generate a detailed report about the word count, lines, pages or characters used to compose your text file.
