TimeClock comes as a Windows executable and besides PCs it can also be installed on tablets that support Windows OS. This is a great feature for employers that need to move from a place to another and at the same time keep an eye on their teams.

The app makes display the changes in real time, so you’ll notice every move of your personnel as its icon will be highlighted in different colors for different actions.

Before starting the management process, you have to add users to your database. Logged users can be split in categories in order to know exactly what and who are you watching. All entries are going to be listed as a thumbnail with their name or credentials.

To access a user’s entry, click or tap on it and a small window with the exact time, name and status will be displayed.

As the app can be installed on both PC and tablets, prying eyes are a permanent issue. You can opt to set up a password before accessing the user database. The password has to be typed in every time you open the app, as there is no remember function, which is a good security feature.
