Beytas Offline Update

Developed by the ESAM Group, Beytas Offline Update is a user-friendly and potentially useful application that allows users to download the latest antivirus and antimalware security databases.

The list of supported antivirus solutions includes Avast, ClamAv-ClamWin, Comodo, eScan, ESET, NOD32 Antivirus, Smart Security, Microsoft Windows Defender (both x86 and x64), Spybot, and SuperAntispyware.

Using Beytas Offline Update is nothing short of a walk in the park, as the app doesn’t even require installation. To download offline updates, users simply need to launch the app, select the required antivirus definition from the list, select the download location, and click the “Download” button from the lower left-side of the GUI.

The download process is pretty swift in most cases, but users should be aware that the duration is directly proportional with the virus definition’s size. Subsequent to the download procedure, users have two options: they can either exit the application, or press the “Back” button and repeat the procedure.

Taking everything into account, Beytas Offline Update is an interesting, little app that should appeal to various users who want a quick and convenient way of getting their hands on the latest AV databases without having to individually visit the official websites in order to achieve that.
