When you work with a lot of files on a regular basis, it might become tiring to keep track of all of them, unless you rely on a specialized software solution such as OpenSaveFilesView.
This utility allows you to effortlessly get a detailed list with all the files you have opened or saved using the standard Open or Save dialogs found within your OS.
The application is meant to be as easy to use as possible, as it comes with a simplistic GUI (graphical user interface) where each of its functions are neatly displayed and organized.
Without any action on your side, the app automatically scans your computer and displays a list with all the files you have selected when accessing the Open or Save dialog boxes within Windows.
OpenSaveFilesView generates an extensive list with all the files you opened or save, together with several types of information. More precisely, you can view the full path for each file, along with its extension, file size and attributes.
You can also explore the opening date and time for each document, while the creation date and time are also available.
You can sort the files to your liking, with a single mouse click on the column header, thus making it easier for you to locate a certain entry.
Depending on your necessities, you can quickly export the list of files to an HTML report, while retaining all the data related to each file.
Moreover, you can select one or several records and save them as TXT, CSV, HTML or XML files, so as to share it with other users or simply save them for later analysis.
OpenSaveFilesView comes in handy to all those who want to keep an eye on all the files that have been opened or saved on their computers.
