AutoClose

AutoClose is a simple program that shuts down the running processes at a set time or after the mouse and keyboard go idle. AutoCLose lets you start an application based on the same schedule model. In short, a handy tool for users who need to close/run apps or services at specific times, even if they are not there to manually do it.

The program manages applications with tasks. Creating tasks is a walk in the park. First, one must select a program from the list or manually find it using the crosshair cursor. Next, the type of action must be determined, be that Auto Close or Auto Run.

Wrap things up by determining the time settings. If you want a countdown-type action, use the Interval feature, otherwise, you have to set up a Specific Time, which requires information like the year, month, day, hour, minute, and seconds.  Add the task and the program will take care of it when the time comes.

A task can be further customized, depending on one's needs. For example, if you come up with a certain interval and then check the "After No Mouse/Key actions" box, AutoClose will only apply the time rule after the mouse/keyboard go idle.

You can loop tasks, forcing them to repeat every minute, hour, day month, or any custom interval. Also, after a task is finished you can choose to shut down your PC, reboot it, log off, hibernate or turn off the monitor.
