The main working principle of 7Caps relies on providing users with a visual indication of the status of the CapsLock and NumLock keys. This is provided as both a textual or icon indicator, which will be basically overlaid on your screen area as a watermark. And yes, the said watermark can be customized, which is great.

In addition to the floating indicators, you can also opt to have an indicator in the tray area, and I found this to be ideal, as it will allow you to adapt to different typing scenarios.

As stated above, you will be able to customize the indicator watermark in great detail, but not only that, you will also be able to address the floating indicator characteristics for both the CapsLock and NumLock keys, individually.
