HZ Tool

HZ Tool is a tool that allows Windows users to manually set the refresh rate for all resolutions supported by their graphics cards.

The UI is small, and is packed with tick boxes and drop-down menus. The user can set the default refresh rate on each resolution in part, or it can configure one of the default refresh rates from the program's INI templates. The latter ones can be accessed via two buttons below the resolution lists, while a third lets you add your own custom refresh rates.

Users can customize their own refresh rates manually by selecting their current graphics card driver and the bit depth values which come in 8-, 16-, 24-, and 32-bit standards. Afterward, users can change the resolution and set it as default, together with the supported afferent refresh rate.

More advanced options are available in the program's main window. Users can set some basic monitor settings, like the maximum accepted resolution, horizontal and vertical refresh rates, and so on.
