INSTANT RUMBLE BASSLINES

Do you like Bass? Kikzilla is born! The Ultimate Techno Plugin for your Rumble Basslines!

It’s always been a dreadful routing job to add rumbling to a kick drum. That’s why we developed Kikzilla Depending on your DAW you had to root your kick drum track to a send track, insert a reverb there followed by a side chain controlled gate etc. Or something alike. Mostly worse. That’s why we built kikzilla to create rumbling in a simple way. And of course we didn’t stay with a replica – we’ve added useful functions like freeze, drag&drop and reverse playout.

You have no excuse for weak basslines anymore!

Kikzilla input signal is rooted to a reverb followed by a gate which is controlled/ triggered by the input signal. And of course there’s a low pass filter (12/24 dB) and a distortion unit to create real rumbling noise. An Equalizer helps to pick your favourite frequency bands. A disadvantage of the processing chain up to here might be that it might take some time to „fill up“ the reverb. So the rumbling for the first kicks track might not be as cool as for the later ones. That’s why we added the freeze function.

Feature

FREEZE YOUR RUMBLE WITH KIKZILLA

FREEZE

The rumbling sound will be recorded from the next kick (or whatever) coming in. This recording will be replayed ow for every trigger as long as the replay or reverse replay button is switched on.

Audio Drag & Drop

Kikzilla also allows to drag & drop a frozen rumble sample to your DAW. Forward or reverse, single sounds or even 4 beats

EDIT

No you're able to edit your rumble as an Audio file. Short it, duplicate it - edit it your own way to make your perfect fitting rumble!

Music Producers' Statements

Unlike other plug-ins already on the market, Kizilla combines the possibility of manipulating transients - through Attack, A-slope, R-slope, Hold and Release variations, with the possibility of adding reverbs, distortions and pre-filters, associated to a simple and intuitive equalization. Excellent for editing and increase the impact of kicks and drum sounds in general. What can I say, you can't miss a plug-in with these functions in your DAW

I've been using Kikzilla since the first beta version. This simple tool brings great results in a simple workflow. Extra deep rolling basses are quickly created with kikzilla. Especially handy is the freeze function which allows me to work with the rumble as an audio file. That way I can adapt everything perfectly. I do not want to miss kikzilla anymore! Thank you Björn

If you do the same thing 1000 times over and over, you have a problem. So I knew it needed a solution. In all the years in which I produce music, especially the rumble was always the biggest struggle. So I developed kikzilla together with ISM. Due to the envelope, I no longer need a sidechain. And with the freeze function, I do not have to record anything anymore. Finally I have a tool with which I can create rumbles as intuitively as I make music.
