You are billed at the start of the 3 Months or Year. The subscription will automatically renew every 3 months or 1 Year. To cancel, you can switch to the free service, or resubscribe to a different package/billing option.

No refunds are given if you downgrade to a Free subscription before the end of your current subscription.

Yes, a discount for the unused portion of your subscription is applied to the purchase of your upgrade, however our system does not allow for a cash refund.

Yes, your subscription enables you to use the website, PredictWind App (iOS & Android) and Offshore App (PC/Mac/iOS/Android). Simply use the same email address and password on each device/app.
