Great Technical Support
In a desperate rush to get a snow effect in my Christmas video, I "took a chance" on this app. I didn't read any reviews, I just plunged in. Upon discovering that it was a Generator - something I was putting off using as I learned Final Cut Pro, I realised that I was in over my head. The Generator worked fine, but I wanted to go further. This was were their Tech Support came in, big time. I got a reply to my plaintive email within a couple of hours and was then locked in a two-way discussion that involved very clear (and correctly used) screen-shots that got me where I wanted to be. - And the snow was the finishing touch that my video needed. I look forward to using many of the other generators in this suite.
This plug is fantastic
I consider myself a FCP experienced user, and this plug in is better than others I have used costing double the price. I bought this despite the slim number of reviews, and they are every bit as good as core melt, fx factory, or any other high quality offerings. They offer me good options for a modest price that anyone who uses FCP daily will find useful. I highly reccomend this software!
