Stellar PST to MBOX Converter 4+

Still trying to figure it out.

At first glance, it seems really easy to use. Everything went through smoothly. I chose the location where to save the MBOX file, it processed it and notified me that the file was saved successfully. The only problem is that the file is nowhere to be found. I have tried it several times, rebooted, rebooted in safe mode, used another computer, all had the same result. So at this point, this software is totally useless and has wasted a couple hours of my time already. I have not idea how to get tech support from Stellar or how to get my money back.

Refuses to give refund

I attempted to convert 4 large PST files (1.7GB), but the app stops half-way through, with no results. I contacted Stellar Support, and their only answer is for me to allow them to have remote access to my computer from India, over mid-night my time. Due to the nature of my work and data, I cannot allow a foreign national from India to have remote access to my computer. I declined their request and instead requested a refund. My request for a refund was denied. This is not good application support.

Worked great

I fed my 17 gigabyte .PST file to Outlook on the Mac and Outlook choked. I fed it to Stellar PST and Stellar methodically, without complaint, chewed through the whole file. Overall I imported over 25GB of .PST files without a glitch. It seemed to slow down a little near the end but that may have been my imagination. It’s really nice to deal with a product that works on the first try. MBOX files generated quickly. Apple Mail imported the MBOX files without issues. :)
