The text for this site is built by Merge CSV and Text from the template of my other freeware site.

Benefits (of using it) :

As a programmer, many times I find myself in a situation where I need to make a program which has same basic routines of company selection, help and about modules, done in previous program. The codes are same but the name, version, description etc. of the program is different. Obviously both program cater to different requirement and have different entry, report etc. menus. But there are codes which are more or less similar between programs.

I wanted a tool which could create the similar codes from template files by merging the required values of name, version etc. from a CSV file. Since as a programmer we generally work with code files which are basically text files, and CSV file can also be termed as a text file.

A text file merger, similar to mail merge was all I wanted to speedup my project work. Googling did not give satisfactory result, so I made one for myself. I hope by uploading it as a freeware, I may help fellow programmers who also find themselves in similar situation.

Since Merge CSV and Text works on text file other than programmers, like authors, writers, reviewers etc. can use it to generate the initial writeup from the template text and csv files. Even website developers can het the benefit of using Merge CSV and Text. The text for this site is built by Merge CSV and Text from the template of my other freeware site.

Install and uninstall (on computer) :

To install, extract the zip file in a folder, say "Merge CSV and Text", and run the "Merge CSV and Text" exe.

To uninstall, delete all files in the "Merge CSV and Text" folder and remove the "Merge CSV and Text" folder.

Anti-Virus reports malware (what to do?) :

Delete the exe and it's folder. There is nothing we can do as this is false alert and we do not have resource to request all Anti-Virus companies to update their database. Similar problem is faced by small developers worldwide, check below links,
