My guess, and its only a guess, is that you did not add any folders to the Library. In "the old days" Apps could automatically do that but now you need to do it. Its easy, just go int the Organize tab, click [+] under library, and choose the folder where your Music is stored. Probably the Music folder. Then, for example to play, click the Play tab, click Library under Music Source, Click the folder, and play your music.
what music ?
Worthless, doesn’t see any of my music….not in burn, not in organize, not in convert. I want my $13 back

mirethMusic tries to import your playlists from iTunes automatically. Other than that, you need to manually add folders to the Library because Apple Sandboxed Apps are not allowed to automatically do that. Once you add the folders, you can do all those things.
