WHY OUR SYNC IS UNIQUE
Direct sync to Google Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, Groups
Supports Outlook for Mac 2011 and Outlook for Mac 2016
Option to bypass Google; sync direct to phones/tablets
One-time purchase (no on-going subscriptions)
Free technical support by phone and email
CONTACTS SYNC
Sync Outlook for Mac contact details to Google Contacts. Categories in Outlook map intuitively to Google Contact Groups. This guarantees your address book of personal and business contacts isn't mixing together when syncing to Google and devices.
CALENDAR SYNC
Sync Outlook for Mac calendar events to Google Calendar. Categories map to separate Google Calendars so you can share each calendar individually with the right people. Many organizations use this capability to create a shared calendar system without the hassle of managing bloated calendar exchange systems or subscribing to 3rd-party calendars.
TASK SYNC
Sync Outlook for Mac tasks to Google Tasks. Task priorities, recurring tasks, and due dates map correctly to Google.

Ratings and Reviews
Horrible
Requesting refund. This app uses the OS X calendar to sync with outlook. However, in doing so, it creates duplicate calendar entries, tasks and contacts on my iphone, iMac, and Macbook Pro. Also, because Companionlink uses OS X as a pass through to sync, the there is no way to tell that the events are from Google calendar. which is the whole point. Also, I also use the google calendar app on my phone as my primary calendar and I have duplicate entries on that app as well. It's truly an app that was not at well though through because it simply makes me 100% less productive. I absolutely want my money back.
Doesn’t work … you need a DejaCloud whatever account
It doesn’t sync with my Outlook and Google calendar at all … disappointed. But it keeps telling me to create a new account at DejaCloud or something. Really? It didn’t say I had to do that when I bought it.
BEWARE - Misrepresents what it does...
Bought this to sync my Outlook 2016 with Google Apps account. Sure! No Problem! Just sign up for DejaOffice, and we’ll be happy to keep everything in sync, on (yet another) third party server. Oh - and there’s a subcription fee if you want to do that too...
