Description
Jovial MemoStack is a redesigned and overhaul of Jovial Memos.
Jovial MemoStack allows you to create "Memo pages" and group them under "Stack".
It uses a simple user interface without confusing and cluttered UI.
Jovial MemoStack uses the well-known lightweight SQLite database to store the data.
This database can be easily opened in another SQLite database client.

- Added user-configurable hot keys for editing the rich text
[Enhancements]
- Prompts for the option to the delete the recently opened menu time if the file does not exist.
- Defaults initial font for a new Memo to Segoe UI Emoji, Regular, Size 12 font.
- When the Private or RTF checkboxes in Memo detail is clicked, the Memo is considered modified and the Save button is enabled.
- Added hotkey (CTRL S) for saving Memo. This hotkey is configurable in a hotkeys.txt file.

- Now a memo can be written in rich text format. Currently, Bold, Italic, Underline, Strikeout, Font Size Increase and Font Size Decrease are supported.

- To better indicates that a file is loaded, the Stack list dropdown is automatically opened when a file is successfully loaded.
- A "UserGuide.jms" is added. It includes a user guide on how to use the features of Jovial MemoStack.

- Now the same Memo Detail page will not pop up more than once.
