OrganizeX is a multi-purpose account manager that is designed to help Mac users manage and store various types of accounts per se.  OrganizeX mainly consists of three parts - MyAccounts, MyApps, MyCards.

• MyAccounts: It's used to manage and store accounts involving usernames, passwords, e-mail addresses...
• MyApps: It's designed exclusively for software licenses.
• MyCards: It's used to store credit card information.

2.3.4 to 2.3.5 (August 23, 2012)

1. The application is now compatible with Mac OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion as well as Snow Leopard (10.6) and Lion (10.7).  Please note that this software update is available for the online store version only.
   
   

2.3.1 to 2.3.4 (October 5, 2011)

1. Fix: Just as before, the copy button on the Dice window became ineffective after the user copied a password into the clipboard once.
2. The Home icon on the toolbar menu has changed.
3. Fix: When the user opened the Font window (Command + T) to change the text style of Notes, the application could fail for 'bold,' 'italic' and 'underline.'
   
   Please note that it may take Mac App Store several days to weeks or even a few months to approve this update.

2.3.0 to 2.3.1 (September 2, 2011)

1. Fix: Due to unknown changes in IDE software, the application fails to copy the content of the corresponding text field, provided that the clipboard were not empty, when the user clicks on the copy button.
   
   Please note that it may take Mac App Store several days to weeks or even a few months to approve this update.

2.2.6 to 2.3.0 (August 29, 2011)

1. Fix: My cards - The user was not able to delete or update a card profile when a profile name contained one or more apostrophe.
2. Change: The user can now choose just to change card icons in My cards.
3. Fix: My apps - The user can delete the profile of the selected user-defined application when the application cannot validate its path.
4. The user can access the category menu from the menu bar. See Category.
5. Preferences: The user can select an export folder when they create an administrative account under the Protect tab.
6. Additional minor changes and fixes are done with My cards.

2.2.4 to 2.2.6 (February 26, 2011)

1. Fix: The user was allowed to enter letters when they make a date or set a dice number.
2. Fix: 'No number at the beginning' and 'Alphabetic letter at the beginning' were not correctly enforced.
3. Fix: The vertical slider is removed from all multi-line text area. Otherwise, it would partially break UI.
4. Fix: The application could have crashed if the user chose File > Quit before one second passed after launch.
5. A few other minor changes and fixes are done.

2.2.2 to 2.2.4 (January 15, 2011)

1. MyApps: The tab order is added to Notes.
2. MyApps: A copy button is added for Notes.
3. MyApps: The user can now set their default sorting option for the account list. See the MyApps tab in Preferences.

2.2.0 to 2.2.2 (December 29, 2010)

1. MyAccounts: The user can now press the Return key to perform a search, provided that a search area has been selected and also that a search phrase has been given.
2. Preferences: New category pictures that are used for MyAccounts are now saved in the PNG format.  As a consequence, Category Browser will display pictures, utilizing the alpha layer.
   
   
   
3. A few other minor changes and fixes are made.

2.1.5 to 2.2.0 (December 9, 2010)

1. The mail function is fixed such that (Apple) Mail will not display an error when the user attempts to send out the message.
2. Preferences: The card copy address entry is deprecated under the Sendmail tab.
3. A set of measures are taken to stabilize application's compatibility with Snow Leopard.
4. MyAccounts: The user can now double-click on the search result directly as well to jump onto the actual account it points to on top of clicking on the Show button at the bottom of the window.
5. 2 additional commands are added to the Help menu.
6. MyAccounts: The tab order is fixed.

2.1.0 to 2.1.5 (October 30, 2010)

1. The file extension was incorrectly shown when the user chose to save MyAccounts data in XML.
2. MyAccounts: The date change feature works better.
3. MyAccounts: No. of characters is shown for Username and Password.
4. MyCards: The user is now able to change profile names and card icons by clicking on the edit button at the bottom.
5. OrganizeX is once again available in Universal Binary.

2.0.5 to 2.1.0 (October 27, 2010)

1. MyAccounts: Selecting a new category will no longer cause the account list to misbehave.
2. MyAccounts: The search feature works properly. The resulting record will be automatically selected in the account list.
3. MyAccounts: Switching to a different category with the control button will also cause the right category to be selected in the category window.
4. MyCards: The user is now able to change profile names and card icons by clicking on the edit button at the bottom.
5. In order to maintain stability, OrganizeX will only run with Intel-based Macs.
6. A few minor changes are done.

2.0.0 to 2.0.5 (October 26, 2010)

1. Preferences: Clicking on iChat Pics will trigger a confirmation dialogue.
2. Preferences: The user is able to decide whether or not to restart the application when closing Preferences.
3. Preferences: Clicking on the Remove button lets the user remove a category selection with or without a picture as opposed to the Delete button, which allows the user to delete the category selection only with a picture.  Click here for more information.
4. MyAccounts: Toggling the hide mode will enable/disable the copy button of the password entry.
5. MyApps: It displays the correct number of starts when the user chooses the app rating of 9.
6. The Hide symbol shows the correct status with its HelpTag when the user switches to the Unhide mode.
