Scribus Wiki:Site support

The Scribus team in the process of creating a not-for-profit organisation in Germany (Scribus e.V.) which will collect and distribute donations. Once our organisation is setup, money would go there and then be distributed either for particular projects or for supporting event travel, web services etc etc. For the moment we have a need of upgrading our web hardware hosted at anduin.net to boost the reliability and power of one of our servers and any help there is appreciated. Those wishing to wait for the org to get a bank account, thats fine.. we await the org's final creation (the forms have been put in).

Our Scribus Public Wiki (kindly hosted by anduin.net) could use a hardware upgrade for improved performance.

The initial need is for more memory and hard drive space. Next up is a dedicated RAID controller (using software RAID today, which is a performance bottleneck), for which we also need a riser card.
