It's not "right from the desktop". Would be great, ruined by PITA web management
Great interface, easy to use, looks perfect... and then, turns out, every time I want to add new information (new client, new project item) I have to open a browser and log in to the website to do that. You can't do any of that in the app.
Hint to the people who made this: a time tracker shouldn't ever make you stop, drop what you're doing, and go somewhere else to do work for it. Useless.
+1 star for the nice interface, I hope a good time tracking app comes along that copies it.
Works occasionally.
For the past week or so, the app has said it is offline for maintenance — and is expected to be back online in "30 minutes..." on "November 13, 2012." This makes no sense as today's date is 10/30/2020. Aside from this, when logging time, it usually takes several clicks for buttons to actually be clicked. Sometimes it doesn't actually stop a timer for something and I have to go back and estimate based on browser history or some other means, which is a waste of time. My organization has a paid plan.
Excellent time tracking app
I love how quickly I can start/stop timers and create new time entries. Definitely a must for anyone who tracks time, especially against budgets!
