A very simple program to manage mod files for the game SpinTires MudRunner.

Compression library handling provided by SharpCompress (https://github.com/adamhathcock/sharpcompress). So the mod manager should be able to handle .zip, .7z, and .rar files.

You will need to have .NET 4.6.1 or later in order to run this.
