This is the home for StandSched – a Windows stand-up exercise reminder application to remind you to move away from your computer from time to time. StandSched allows you to enable a schedule for each day with alerts every 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes within the start and end times you set. You can have your own message text and also have it play a sound of your choice.
After you’ve installed and set a few settings, a configuration file is created. It is in XML format and resides under a dynamically named folder in:
C:\Users\<your_username>\AppData\Local\StandSched
Current version: 1.0

Note: After downloading, double click the StandSchedSetup.msi file to run the installer.
I’ve created a basic installation and introduction video which runs through installing and basic usage of StandSched.

FREE SOFTWARE
Not all software should cost money – so StandSched is 100% free with no advertising or irritating popups. If you do find the software useful and you are in the mood to perform a good deed I’ve provided a link below for some donating goodness. I promise not to judge you if you don’t :). It doesn’t have to be much and it goes straight to me (Gary Smith) – the software author.
