Great timer - a couple hiccups
I’ve been using the timer to connect to the new Freshbooks. It didn’t work at first. The issues were related to the Freshbooks API and integration with Eon. After a few false starts, it’s now working. The developer has been amazing - quick responses to my inquiries and a genuine understanding of the issues involved. He has worked to address them and everything seems to be working solidly now. The user interface is simple, clean and effective. It sits unobtrusively in the task bar and records my time on the clock. As a freelancer, I need a reliable way to record work hours. Eon gets the job done.
Best timer we’ve found, Support is fantastic
We’ve used mutliple systems that need a good time tracking solution, and we’ve used EON for all of them. The reason we’ve been able to use EON for all of them is that, say we find one we like, all we’ve had to do is email them saying we’d love to use EON for a new system, and BAM, within a few days they will create an integration for us. We’ve emailed about bugs, and BAM, in a few days, they take care of them. EON has become so valuable to our internal time tracking process and is a lot cheaper than SAS options, which have mostly been a pain anyway. I almost never write reviews but I’m writing this one because I want people to use this timer so that it has a long life and we can continue to enjoy it internally.
Works like a champ
I have been using EON for past 3 years now and it has worked amazingly. Even when I had an issue I was able to reach out to support who was able to troubleshoot and apply fixes in a very timely matter. I would highly recommend anyone needing a timer to choose this one.
