I originally installed WindowTop to use overlay a ruler for a game I really liked to play that required it, but didn't have one implemented. After awhile my use of the app evolved to using the "Set Top" and "Opacity" features for timers, watching videos, drawing art, editing/working on spreadsheets, etc. It really helps me maximize the space and potential of my two monitors for whatever I'm doing.

If you have a small laptop like me, you should definitely use this app, and I am not talking only about one of the function it has, all the features are good enough to use it in a daily basis.

I use this app mostly to put videos in PiP over games, and it works like a charm. Especially the transparency and click-through options.

Works well, but I wish "click through" had a shortcut key, and for some reason I can't turn off the "remember this window" feature. finally, doesn't work with Dishonored. only game I had it fail so far when trying to have another window lay over top of that game in Fullscreen mode.

It's important for me to remember the time while I working on the computer. Appointment times sneak-up quickly. Now I don't need the clock under the monitor any more.

Really helps productivity to be able to keep specified windows on top. Great idea.

I've been playing with this all day and it's so much more than I was looking for and I'm glad I found it. I'm buying it to support the genius developer. Way worth the price! PowerToys is getting uninstalled, this is much better use of my system resources. Keep up the good work Einstein! Thanks for your gift to Windows users.

helps me keep apps on top of others so I can multitask better without having to use my taskbar or alt tab to bring it to the front

This app reduced my frustration so much I can't live without it! (Not exaggerating) I initially downloaded it to keep windows on top permanently but it offers so much more like making windows transparent or shrinking a window to a small preview on the screen. It makes switching between programs and windows easy and fast. The onscreen icons are also very useful because it makes it easy to identify different instances of the same window or program, like having 3 file explorer windows open. There are some changes that I would like to see that will move this app from great to perfect. The ability to park onscreen icons and shrinked windows permanently in a position without them moving around. Also better multi screen support. I also hardly ever use the Glass function because it seems to be buggy.

This app has been my main app especially since I have only single monitor. I can write notes on a different files without having to alt+tab to other. Very practical and easy to use
