1. Click on Add. Choose the file you want to convert. Click on Open.
2. On the top of the Converter window, click on the format you want to convert the file to. If you want to convert the file for a specific device, click on “For device”. Then click on Company and Model to select the correct device you have.
3. Under Output folder, you specify where to save the converted file.
4. Click on Convert to start the conversion process.

Attention: If you have already purchased the Converter software, click on Activate. Enter your code under Serial Number. The code is case sensitive and the dash is part of the code. Use copy & paste to enter the code correctly. Click on OK and your trial version will become a full version.  


How to Convert Video for iPad, iPhone, and iTouch?

1. Click on “Add”. Choose the file you want to convert. Click on “Open”.
2. On the top of the Converter window, click on “For Device”. Under “Company”, choose Apple. Under “Model”, choose “640x480 MPEG4” if you are using version 3.20 or "(iPad & iPhone) 640x480 MPEG4" if using version 3.25 or above.
3. Under Output folder, you specify where to save the converted file.
4. Click on Convert to start the conversion process.

What is File Joiner?

File joiner allows you to merge multiple videos into one video. To merge videos, click on Add files to add separate video files to the join list. Click on File Joiner to start conversion and merging process.
