Adobe Shockwave Player has just received an update, so if you’re one of the millions of users who are running it right now, you’re strongly recommended to get the fresh build as soon as possible.

No details have been provided on this new build of the application, but Adobe has most likely focused on the security side and performance, which means that many of the bugs that you’ve found in the previous build should no longer be there.

Adobe Shockwave Player 12.1.0.150 is now available for all Windows users out there and although no release notes are available for the time being, it’s a fairly important update for everyone, especially if it addresses security bugs that could make your computer vulnerable.

Shockwave Player comes with support for basically all Windows versions on the market, so it doesn’t really matter whether you’re still on Windows XP or you already made the move to Windows 8.1 because Adobe’s application is compatible with each and every one of them.

Overall, it’s a good thing that Adobe has released a new version of the application today, so download Shockwave Player 12.1.0.150 as soon as possible to make sure that all bugs on your computer are fixed.
