BitTorrent and uTorrent are currently the top clients on the market that allow you to make the most of the BitTorrent file sharing protocol, so every single update for any of the two apps is being delivered to millions of computers across the world.

BitTorrent 7.8.1 is now available for download for Windows users, bringing several bug fixes and performance improvements supposed to enhance the overall experience with the app.

Basically, the new build should make the BitTorrent client a bit more stable while downloading files at high speeds, so expect it to be more responsive all the time.

It continues to support all Windows versions currently on the market, including XP, Vista, 7, and 8, and even if it’s completely freeware, it displays advertisements during its runtime.
